Mal podemos esperar para descobrir se pode ser você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos seletivos de baixa e média complexidade, realizando alinhamento de perfil com as lideranças, divulgação de vagas, triagem curricular, entrevistas por competências, aplicação de testes e acompanhamento das etapas seletivas;Selecionar pessoas candidatas por meio de entrevistas, avaliações comportamentais, testes técnicos e demais ferramentas de recrutamento e seleção, elaborando pareceres para apoio à tomada de decisão;Apoiar o desenvolvimento de estratégias de atração e seleção de talentos, contribuindo para maior assertividade, agilidade e aderência aos perfis das vagas;Atuar como Business Partner (BP) junto às lideranças, oferecendo suporte nas demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, clima, desenvolvimento e movimentações internas;Realizar acompanhamento funcional das pessoas colaboradoras durante o período de experiência, Onbording e integração, apoiando lideranças e profissionais no processo de adaptação;Apoiar processos de movimentação interna, promoções, transferências e aproveitamento de talentos, garantindo conformidade com as políticas e fluxos internos;Executar processos de desligamento e entrevistas de saída, consolidando informações e indicadores para apoio às análises da área;Elaborar relatórios, controles e indicadores de Gente & Gestão, contribuindo para o acompanhamento dos processos e suporte às lideranças;Apoiar ações de clima organizacional, engajamento, comunicação interna, endomarketing e iniciativas de fortalecimento da cultura organizacional;Realizar atendimento às lideranças e pessoas colaboradoras, prestando orientações relacionadas aos processos e políticas de Gente & Gestão;Acompanhar controles administrativos, atualização de sistemas, organização documental e conformidade dos processos da área;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, organizando evidências, documentos e informações relacionadas aos processos de Gente & Gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou Administração de empresas completo;Pacote Office Intermediário;Conhecimento em recrutamento e seleção.Desejável: Recrutamento e Seleção por Competências, Técnicas de Entrevista e Avaliação Comportamental, Onboarding e Integração de Novos Colaboradores, Comunicação Interpessoal e Feedback, Excel Intermediário/Avançado para RH.Informações adicionaisO que vamos te proporcionar:Plano de Saúde Hapvida Nosso Plano 100% pago pela empresa ( colaborador + 1 dependente);Refeição na empresa;Cesta Básica via sodexo;Seguro de Vida;Plano Odontológico por adesão;Vale Transporte.
