Buscamos pessoas que tenham interesse em atuar com relacionamento com clientes, análise de mercado e construção de soluções sob medida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos formando um Banco de Talentos para a Área de Gestão de Energia – um espaço para profissionais que desejam atuar com oportunidades que envolvem:Contato direto com clientes em diferentes níveis hierárquicos;Acompanhar os fatores que influenciam a formação de preços no mercado de energia (projeções de curto, médio e longo prazo);Elaborar relatórios e estudos sobre afluência, armazenamento, PLD e demais temas do setor elétrico;Apoiar a avaliação de migração de consumidores cativos para o Mercado Livre;Participar da construção de estratégias comerciais para contratação de energia;Monitorar alterações regulatórias e avaliar impactos para clientes e projetos;Produzir relatórios gerenciais e materiais de apoio à tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas afins;Excel em nível intermediário ou avançado;Perfil estratégico, analítico e boa capacidade de comunicação;Facilidade para negociação;Inglês avançado será considerado um diferencial;Experiência prévia no setor de energia ou em geração será um diferencial.Informações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação) Seguro de Vida Vale refeição (sem coparticipação) Vale alimentação (sem coparticipação) Vale transporte Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance)WellHub
