Apoiar o monitoramento da aderência à política segurança da informação, de forma a garantir o funcionamento com efetividade da Segurança da Informação.Contribuir com soluções e funcionalidades técnicas de Servidores a serem adotados pela Cooperativa visando a evolução tecnológica do ambiente. Participar e executar correções de problemas e incidentes. Interagir com suporte técnicos dos produtos, solicitando e acompanhando requisições de serviços e resolução de problemas. Apoiar na administração de ferramentas de monitoramento, visando garantir o pleno funcionamento e a continuidade dos processos de operação dos serviços.Atuar em incidentes e requisições relacionados a redes de comunicação, executando ações de contorno quando existente ou direcionando para as áreas de níveis superiores de suporte com objetivo de solucionar o incidente/requisição.Participar da implementação de processos de operação para os serviços relacionados a sua área de atuação, visando garantir a qualidade e continuidade dos serviços em operação.
