Estamos sempre em busca de novos talentos para fazer parte da nossa história.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPerformance e aquisição●  Executar e otimizar campanhas em Google Ads e Meta Ads (estrutura, públicos, criativos e orçamento);●  Rodar rotinas de otimização (testes A/B, ajuste de criativos, públicos e lances);●  Apoiar a construção de estratégias de aquisição e remarketing;●  Acompanhar indicadores de performance (CPL, conversão, volume)Dados e rastreamento●  Configurar e manter UTMs, eventos e conversões (GA4 e GTM);●  Garantir consistência mínima dos dados de campanha;●  Identificar problemas simples de tracking e sinalizar melhorias;●  Apoiar leitura de funil com base nos dados disponíveis.SEO e aquisição orgânica●  Apoiar pesquisa de palavras-chave;●  Executar otimizações on-page em conteúdos e páginas;●  Acompanhar métricas no Search Console;●  Sugerir melhorias simples com foco em tráfego e conversão.Conteúdo orientado à performance●  Escrever e revisar copies para anúncios e landing pages;●  Apoiar a criação de briefs para conteúdos com base em performance;●  Trabalhar em conjunto com branding para alinhar mensagens e canais.Insights e rotina●  Acompanhar resultados e propor testes;●  Organizar aprendizados de campanhas; ●  Apoiar na construção de relatórios.Requisitos e qualificações●  3 a 5 anos de experiência em marketing digital com foco em performance;●  Experiência prática com Google Ads e Meta Ads;●  Conhecimento de GA4 e GTM (eventos, UTMs e leitura básica);●  Noções de SEO on-page e pesquisa de palavras-chave;●  Boa escrita para anúncios e páginas.Diferenciais●  Experiência em empresas B2B ou B2B2C;●  Vivência com remarketing e funis de conversão;●  Experiência com ferramentas como Semrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar ou Clarity;●  Noções de testes A/B e CRO;●  Experiência em startups ou ambientes dinâmico.Informações adicionais💳 Benefício Caju🏥 Plano de Saúde🏥 Plano de Odontológico🏋🏽‍♂️ Gympass🎂 Day off🚍 Vale Transporte
