Se esse propósito faz seus olhos brilharem, venha ser #SUPERHERO também 🤩Como Analista de Negócios, sua missão será auxiliar a tomada de decisão das lideranças com base em estudos quantitativos e qualitativos de mercado, sendo responsável por identificar problemas e oportunidades de negócios, além de propor soluções para melhorar a eficiência e a eficácia dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar problemas, definir e testar hipóteses para suportar a elaboração de planos de ação e modificações de processos;Definir métricas (indicadores) de desempenho de modo a agregar valor no atingimento dos objetivos da empresa;Extrair e tratar dados para disponibilizar informação relevante ao processo de tomada de decisão;Criar dashboards e relatórios para monitoramento de resultados (KPIs)Dar suporte à tomada de decisão junto aos gestores das BUs.Automatizar processos de atualização de relatórios e de envio de alertas críticos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com análise de dados, criação de relatórios gerenciais e acompanhamento de indicadores;Ferramentas principais: SQL e Python.Desejável experiência prévia com produtos, dados e BI.Desejável conhecimento em automatização de processos e gestão de projetos.Qualificações Adicionais:Familiaridade com a indústria financeira e/ou microcrédito é uma vantagem;Conhecimento com metodologias ágeis e gestão de projetos;Desejável formação superior em: Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística e relacionados.Informações adicionais Salário competitivo ao mercado;SuperSim Flex: nossos benefícios são distribuídos em um programa de pontos e você pode escolher quais fazem mais sentido para você.
