Responsabilidades e atribuições·         Análise de demanda de matérias e abertura de solicitações de compras garantindo entrega ao menor desprendimento de caixa;

·         Análise de estoque e recomendação de materiais alternativos;

·         Acompanhar as variações da necessidade da produção e adequar plano de compra a fim de evitar rupturas de produção ou aumentos de estoques;

·         Realizar parametrização do sistema de compra (Leadtime, lote econômico, etc);

·         Monitora solicitações, pedidos e prazo de entrega e retroalimentar a cadeia produtiva (fabricação, PCP, almoxarifado, compras, comercial) sobre a situação dos mesmos;

·         Monitorar a liberação da lista BoM para garantir fornecimento dos materiais de acordo com o cronograma do projeto;

·         Atuar com a engenharia de manufatura para otimização do aproveitamento dos materiais;

·         Controle de refugos e sucatas de materiais na produção para correto replanejamento de materiais.Requisitos e qualificações·         Ensino superior completo nas áreas: Administração, Gestão de produção/logística e Engenharia de Produção/Mecânica/Elétrica;

·         Experiência prévia em planejamento de materiais;

·         Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;

·         Capacidade de analítica de dados;

·         Microsoft Office.Diferenciais

·         Power BI e Excel Avançado;

·         Key user SAP;
