Na Lobe, acreditamos que a área fiscal é fundamental para garantir segurança, conformidade e suporte ao crescimento dos nossos clientes.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Fiscal Júnior para apoiar as rotinas fiscais da operação, contribuindo para a apuração de tributos, conferência de documentos, entrega de obrigações acessórias e qualidade das informações fiscais.Essa é uma excelente oportunidade para profissionais que desejam desenvolver conhecimento técnico, ganhar experiência prática e crescer em um ambiente que valoriza aprendizado, responsabilidade e evolução contínua.Buscamos alguém organizado, atento aos detalhes, comprometido com prazos e que tenha vontade de construir carreira na área fiscal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir documentos fiscais de entrada e saída, garantindo conformidade das informações;Validar classificações fiscais e enquadramentos tributários;Apoiar a apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais;Preparar e conferir obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal e SPED Contribuições;Identificar e tratar inconsistências fiscais e divergências cadastrais;Apoiar a regularização de pendências fiscais e certidões;Acompanhar comunicações dos órgãos fiscais e apoiar tratativas necessárias;Atualizar controles, planilhas e informações da área;Apoiar clientes e equipes internas em demandas operacionais relacionadas à área fiscal;Contribuir para o cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade das entregas do departamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia na área fiscal;Conhecimento em conferência de documentos fiscais;Conhecimento básico a intermediário em apuração de tributos;Conhecimento em SPED Fiscal e SPED Contribuições;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;Boa comunicação e disposição para aprendizado.Diferenciais:Experiência em escritório contábil;Conhecimento em classificação fiscal (NCM);Familiaridade com sistemas como Domínio, Sankhya, Protheus, Winthor ou similares;Experiência com análise de XML e documentos fiscais eletrônicos.Informações adicionais💰 Ajuda de custo R$ 600,00 mensais☕ Café da manhã na empresa🍽️ Refeitório🩺 Plano de saúde Unimed (Parcialmente custeado pela empresa)😁 Plano odontológico (50% custeado pela empresa)🛡️ Seguro de vida💊 Convênio com farmácia com desconto em folha🏋️ Wellhub (antigo Gympass)🧠 Starbem (saúde mental e bem-estar)🤸 Ginástica laboral 2x por semana na empresa📈 Plano de carreira🎂 Day Off de aniversário🎁 Vale-presente de aniversário – R$ 100,00 no mês do seu aniversário💍 Auxílio matrimonial para quem vai se casar👶 Presente maternidade
