Estamos à procura de líderes entusiasmados que sejam capazes de apoiar com sucesso a metodologia bilíngue do Systemic da escola de forma abrangente.Dedicação e comprometimento com uma mentalidade de aprendizagem contínua são requisitos necessários.Os assessores pedagógicos do Systemic Bilingual são flexíveis, atenciosos e sempre capazes de oferecer serviços taylor-made de alto nível aos nossos parceiros, de acordo com a nossa metodologia e a cultura escolar das escolas parceiras.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are able to successfully support school's bilingual environment comprehensively.Hardworking, commited with a lifelong learning mindset and dedicated profiles are required.Systemic Bilingual's learning analysts are flexible, attentive and always able to deliver top-notch taylor-made services to our partners in accordance with our methodology and our partner's school culture.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o sucesso da implantação e uso da metodologia Systemic nas escolas parceiras, através de: Apoiar a implantação e sanar dúvidas da equipe da escola parceira;Apoiar no processo seletivo dos professores junto da escola parceira;Oferecer formação à equipe de professores da escola;Observar aulas e dar feedback aos professores;Orientar os professores oferecendo estratégias para alunos com mais dificuldade ou necessidades específicas;Sugerir aulas e atividades extras, durante o planejamento semanal com os professores;Orientar o professor em relação ao uso do material;Elaborar e implementar planos de ação; Representar com excelência a cultura Systemic na entrega de resultados e atenção às escolas parceiras;Divulgar e informar à comunidade escolar o programa Systemic Bilingual.Requisitos e qualificaçõesInglês fluente - nível C1 do CEFR;Formação preferencial em Letras, Pedagogia ou Psicopedagogia;Experiência em contextos de ensino bilíngue;Excelente conhecimento da Base Nacional Comum Curricular;Habilidades no uso de tecnologias educacionais e contextos híbridos de ensino;Uso de ferramentas digitais de gestão como Excel, Microsoft, Google Trello etc.Habilidade em escrever e gerenciar informações;Habilidade de liderar, engajar e motivar times grandes e pequenos;Habilidade organizacional e cumprimento de prazos.Proatividade em ações de desenvolvimento de corpo docente e ampliação da metodologia nas escolas parceirasInformações adicionaisEstamos constantemente buscando assessores pedagógicos em todos os estados do Brasil.
