Venha construir sua carreira de sucesso aqui!A missão do Analista de Financiamento é acompanhar o processo de contratação dos financiamentos imobiliários junto as instituições financeiras, cumprindo com as premissas exigidas pelo banco até a finalização do processo de conclusão do empreendimento, orientando as partes (clientes, bancos, setores da empresa, órgãos públicos) de forma clara e objetiva.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContratar e fazer a manutenção dos seguros de obras exigidos pelas Instituições Financeiras;Acompanhar PLS (medição de obra) mensalmente;Realizar constituição do patrimônio de afetação; Fazer análise de crédito; Acompanhar o processo de contratação do financiamento dos clientes pelo correspondente bancário; Atender os clientes para orientação quanto as dúvidas na contratação do financiamento e registro do imóvel; Negociar saldo residual de financiamentos e custas de cartórios; Realizar o registro de documentos junto ao Cartório de Títulos e Documentos; Realizar o registro dos contratos de Financiamento PJ e Financiamento PF junto aos cartórios de registro de imóveis; Acompanhar o processo de Escritura junto ao Tabelionato de Notas;Prestar contas no SAP de contratos assinados e registrados.
