Presente em diferentes regiões e representando marcas renomadas, o grupo investe constantemente no desenvolvimento de pessoas, inovação e qualidade em seus processos.Esta vaga tem como objetivo a formação de Banco de Talentos para duas posições distintas dentro da concessionária: Operador de Telemarketing e Consultor de Leads, ambas voltadas para atuação inicial na área comercial e de atendimento ao cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPara a posição de Operador de Telemarketing, o profissional atuará com atendimentos ativos e receptivos, realizando contato telefônico com clientes, prestando informações iniciais sobre produtos, campanhas e serviços da concessionária, além de apoiar ações de prospecção, confirmação de dados, follow-ups e agendamentos de visitas ou retornos comerciais, sempre com registro das interações em sistema.Já para a posição de Consultor de Leads, o foco será a gestão e qualificação de leads provenientes de canais digitais, como site, redes sociais, plataformas de vendas e CRM. O profissional será responsável por realizar o primeiro contato com clientes interessados, entender o perfil e a necessidade, acompanhar o lead ao longo do funil inicial, realizar follow-ups e direcionar as oportunidades de forma organizada para o time de vendas, garantindo a atualização das informações e a boa experiência do cliente.Ambas as posições exigem perfil comunicativo, organização, interesse em aprender rotinas comerciais e foco em atendimento ao cliente, contribuindo para a qualidade do contato inicial e para o aumento da conversão de oportunidades da concessionária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino médio completo. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Facilidade com atendimento ao cliente e uso de telefone, WhatsApp e sistemas. Conhecimentos básicos de informática.Diferenciais:Experiência anterior em telemarketing, atendimento ao cliente, vendas internas ou gestão de leads. Vivência no segmento automotivo.
