Garantir a solicitação, recebimento, armazenamento e controle de estoque de materiais hospitalares e medicamentos e atender solicitações dos setores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAplicar as medidas de prevenção de eventos assistenciais conforme protocolo institucional;Participar dos treinamentos obrigatórios da educação continuada incluindo os treinamentos de protocolos de segurança institucional;Atender as prescrições médicas e enfermagem através da dispensação de materiais e medicamentos;Montar e distribuir kits hospitalares específicos para os procedimentos programados;Armazenar materiais e medicamentos de acordo com a legislação RDC;Controlar a temperatura da geladeira e ambiente conforme a legislação RDC;Realizar devolução materiais e medicamentos;Conferir e repor o carrinho de emergência;Participar dos inventários mensal e anual, realizando contagem de materiais e medicamentos;Realizar contagem diárias dos psicotrópicos e itens pre definidos;Controlar a validade dos medicamentos e materiais mensalmente;Realizar a passagem de plantão via sistema TASY;Realizar limpeza dos armários e bins das farmácias mensalmente;Realizar a solicitação ao fornecedor via e-mail, recebimento, dispensação a Farmácia do Centro Cirúrgico, lançamento e dovolução via sistema TASY de materiais OPME quando necessário;Executar as atividades conforme Regimento Interno.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnicos:✅Ensino médio completo✅Curso técnico em farmácia será um diferencial✅Desejável experiência como Auxiliar Farmácia Hospitalar, Atendente, Balconista de drogaria.Comportamentais✅Trabalho em equipe e cooperação;✅Proatividade e engajamento;✅Senso de dono e foco em resultados;✅Organização e adaptação a mudanças;✅Visão de melhoria contínua e inovação;✅Foco no cliente e postura solucionadora;✅Resiliência e agilidade;✅Inteligência emocional e flexibilidade;✅Ética, integridade e construção de confiança;Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Santos Dumont Litoral Norte (Endereço: Av.
