Berlitz Brasil tem retomado suas aulas presenciais e estamos buscando instrutores de Inglês que possam dar aulas nas nossas escolas (Haddock Lobo ou Berrini), e também no escritório das empresas que nos contratam. Essas aulas são de 45 min até 90 min e o Berlitz remunera tanto pelo treinamento como pelo deslocamento até a aula presencial, seja ela na nossa escola ou na empresa. Precisamos de pessoas que tenham disponibilidade nos horários de pico da manhã (7:00am - 10am) e noites (a partir das 18:00hs). Idealmente o candidato precisa ter os 5 picos livres. Temos como objetivo ajudar nossos alunos a alcançarem seus objetivos pessoais através da confiança que nós incutimos nos nossos alunos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesUm instrutor Berlitz precisa estar disposto a receber seu horário de trabalho todas as noites e sabe que as aulas poderão variar de acordo com a agenda dos alunos que tem flexibilidade de horários. Por isso o salário pago é variável de acordo com o numero de aulas dadas pelo instrutor. O instrutor deve olhar seu horario todos os dias e verificar o material a ser dado na aula do dia seguinte. O Material é todo preparado pelo Berlitz, o instrutor não precisa corrigir testes de nem lição de casa Ao instrutor cabe a atribuição de dar boas aulas adaptando o conteúdo das mesmas a realidade dos alunos. Após a aula o instrutor deve preencher o registro da aula em sistema para garantir uma boa experiência e controle do andamento do curso do aluno.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO Principal requisito é ter fluência nativa no idioma que deseja lecionar. Por esse motivo sempre agendamos uma primeira entrevista online com video para que o nivel de conversação do instrutor seja avaliado. Nessa primeira entrevista o instrutor também terá acesso a detalhes da vaga que só podem ser falados nesse primeiro call.
