O(A) Consultor(a) de Vendas Jr. será responsável por apresentar atendimento ao cliente, realizando a venda dos produtos, esclarecendo dúvidas, acompanhar o funil de vendas e garantir uma experiência positiva para o cliente do início ao fim do processo de aquisição. Irá atuar no atendimento e prospecção de clientes via telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar clientes e leads potenciais para identificar oportunidades de negócio e ampliar a base comercial;Realizar o atendimento e negociação com leads via telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail;Registrar interações no CRM e monitorar o progresso das negociações para garantir visibilidade e alinhamento com a equipe e a liderança;Apresentar soluções comerciais de forma estratégica, destacando diferenciais e condições de contratação;Realizar follow-ups de retorno de clientes que solicitaram contatos em outros momentos, mantendo o relacionamento ativo e aumentando a taxa de conversão;Controlar a qualidade de vendas para assegurar a aderência ao perfil ideal de cliente, reduzindo cancelamentos e garantindo a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes;Cumprir a política de preços da empresa, garantindo integridade e consistência nas negociações;Realizar ofertas e propostas para novos clientes;Colaborar com as áreas de planejamento, com os dados e insights de vendas para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas e o aprimoramento de processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação acadêmica: Superior cursando em: Administração, Recursos Humanos, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos técnicos:Nível Avançado:Sistemas de discador e registro de interações;Técnicas de vendas ativas e receptivas;Gestão de indicadores de performance individuais;Comunicação e negociação com clientes.Nível Básico:Pacote Office;No sistema CRM (RD Station, Pipedrive ou similares).Informações adicionais
