Venha você também criar caminhos além do imaginável. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConfira as principais atividades desta vaga: Realizar consultoria aos clientes para destinos internacionais e nacionais, fornecendo sugestões como: emissão de passagens aéreas, tickets de trem, hospedagem, cruzeiros marítimos e fluviais, locação de carros, entre outros.Receber o pagamento, emitir contrato e demais documentos.Aconselhar os clientes atuais e potenciais sobre as opções de destino, incluindo informações sobre documentações necessárias, vistos, vacinas, seguro viagem e outras informações. Realizar a emissão e entrega de vouchers, assim como o pós-vendas, garantindo com que o cliente receba o atendimento desejado desde o início até o final dos serviços.  Atender aos clientes de forma presencial , telefone, e-mail e BEL (assistente virtual). Garantir a satisfação dos clientes com foco na fidelização e na obtenção da nota máxima na pesquisa de NPS.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurtiu?!
