Responsável pela venda do Veículo Toyota, atuando de forma consultiva para identificar as necessidades do cliente, apresentar soluções adequadas, promover produtos e serviços agregados (acessórios, F&I, consórcio, seguros, despachante, pacotes de revisão, entre outros) e maximizar o resultado por unidade vendida. Atua no atendimento presencial e digital, conduz negociações, realiza o fechamento de vendas e assegura uma experiência de compra alinhada aos padrões de excelência da marca Toyota, visando fidelização e atingimento das metas de volume e rentabilidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento Consultivo: Receber e identificar o perfil do cliente, compreender suas necessidades, apresentar os modelos Toyota, explicar características, benefícios, diferenciais tecnológicos e de segurança dos veículos novos.Vendas Adicionais / F&I: Oferecer e comercializar produtos e serviços agregados, como acessórios originais, seguros, garantias estendidas, financiamento, consórcio, serviços de despachante, pacotes de revisão e outros produtos homologados pela Toyota.Demonstração e Apresentação de Veículos: Realizar demonstrações técnicas e test drive, reforçando diferenciais da marca, conectividade, eficiência, segurança e confiabilidade dos veículos novos.Prospecção Ativa & Digital: Atuar na captação de clientes por meio do showroom, redes sociais, canais digitais, WhatsApp e CRM, qualificando leads (frio, morno, quente) e garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.Negociação e Fechamento: Conduzir negociações comerciais, superar objeções, estruturar propostas e aplicar técnicas de fechamento para conversão efetiva das oportunidades em vendas.Gestão de Leads e Plataformas Digitais: Utilizar CRM, DMS e plataformas digitais da concessionária e da montadora para cadastro, acompanhamento de leads, propostas, vendas e comunicação com clientes.Pós-Venda e Fidelização: Realizar follow-up após a venda, acompanhar o processo de entrega do veículo, garantir satisfação do cliente e estimular recompra e indicações.Rotinas Administrativas:Apoiar processos de faturamento, conferência de documentação, registros sistêmicos e organização das etapas de entrega técnica do veículo novo.Requisitos e qualificações✔️ Ensino Médio completo✔️ Cursos de Aperfeiçoamento e Técnicas (Recomendados, não obrigatórios)✔️ 1. Técnicas de Vendas Consultivas (ex: Spin Selling, Atendimento de Excelência)✔️ 2. Avaliação e Precificação de Seminovos (AutoAvaliar ou similares)✔️ 3. Negociação Avançada✔️ 4. Noções básicas de fotografia automotiva para anúncios digitais✔️ Experiência Comprovada✔️ 1. Mínimo de 2 anos como vendedor em concessionárias de veículos (novos ou seminovos) ou empresas do setor automotivo✔️ 2. Vivência em vendas de F&I, acessórios, ou serviços agregados será considerado diferencial✔️ 3. Experiência no segmento digital (plataformas de leads/vendas) é desejável✔️ 4.
