🔹 Responsável pela comercialização de veículos novos e seminovos, atuando de forma consultiva para identificar necessidades do cliente, promover produtos e serviços agregados (acessórios, F&I, despachante, estética, trade-in, revisão, entre outros) e maximizar o resultado por unidade vendida. Atende e prospecta clientes presencialmente e nos canais digitais, realiza avaliações detalhadas de veículos usados, conduz negociações, fecha vendas e garante a melhor experiência ao cliente, visando fidelização e atingimento de metas de unidades e margem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento presencial e digital consultivo e personalizado.Apresentar portfólio de veículos, destacando benefícios técnicos e sustentáveis.Explicar de forma clara os tipos de motorização (BEV, HEV, PHEV, FCEV), desempenho, autonomia e sistemas embarcados.Atuar na captação de leads e gestão do funil de vendas via CRM.Negociar com foco em valor percebido e margem positiva.Ofertar ativamente agregados: acessórios, serviços de despachante, pacotes de pós-venda, seguros e produtos financeiros.Captar usados como parte de pagamento com foco em rentabilidade.Cumprir os processos operacionais e padrões da montadora.Assegurar os KPIs de volume, margem, ticket médio de agregados e NPSRequisitos e qualificações✔️ Ensino Médio completo✔️ Cursos de Aperfeiçoamento e Técnicas (Recomendados, não obrigatórios)✔️ 1. Técnicas de Vendas Consultivas (ex: Spin Selling, Atendimento de Excelência)✔️ 2. Avaliação e Precificação de Seminovos (AutoAvaliar ou similares)✔️ 3. Negociação Avançada✔️ 4.
