Com duas unidades nos bairros Alto de Pinheiros e Butantã, nossos espaços são planejados para garantir a segurança, acolhimento e socialização.Nossa unidade Alto de Pinheiros é indicada para idosos independentes e semi-dependentes, enquanto a unidade Butantã é especialista em idosos semi-dependentes, dependentes e em recuperação hospitalar.Oferecemos um atendimento personalizado com foco na qualidade de vida, na atenção individual e estímulo ao desenvolvimento, com espaços perfeitamente adaptados e cuidados clínicos específicos para os moradores, observando também a importância das atividades de lazer e convívio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no atendimento aos residentes servindo as refeições;Organizar as bandejas com os alimentos de acordo com as orientações nutricionais para distribuição no restaurante;Conhecer a composição do cardápio do dia;Preparar lanches, sucos e cafés;Zelar pela conservação dos alimentos para que não corram o risco de estragar;Transportar o carrinho de refeições até o restaurante;Distribuir as refeições;Realizar a reposição dos alimentos nos balcões de distribuição ( residentes e colaboradores);Recolher os pratos com resíduos;Zelar pela higienização e organização da copa e refeitórios de colaboradores;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável experiência com idosos;Habilidades desejáveis: Trabalho em Equipe, Comunicação e Interação, Equilíbrio Emocional, Capacidade de Adaptação e Flexibilidade.Informações adicionaisEscala de trabalho 5x1 com 1h de intervalo - 44h semanais/220h mensaisBenefícios:Assistência Médica Amil após período de experiência;Assistência Odontológica (opcional) conforme condições e valores vigentes;Seguro de Vida;Vale Alimentação conforme convenção coletiva vigente;Restaurante no local que oferece refeição e lanche;Vale Transporte (opcional com desconto conforme legislação vigente);Bônus de nascimento de filhos;Reembolso de auxílio creche até 4 anos incompletos;Licença Maternidade/Paternidade Estendida.
