Junte-se a nós e seja parte dessa transformação!Descrição da vaga:Como Customer Success Associate você fará parte do time de CS gestão de carteira, equipe responsável por garantir que nossos clientes extraiam o maior valor possível de nossos produtos e atinjam os resultados esperados. Em outras palavras, o objetivo do time é garantir o engajamento de uso, a retenção dos atuais clientes e aumento de receita por meio de oportunidades de expansão na base.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer no seu dia dia:Ser proativo com a sua carteira de clientes e prestar um atendimento consultivo, respeitando os prazos estabelecidos; Conduzir o onboarding do cliente na(s) ferramentas(s) Atlas; Realizar treinamentos de forma dinâmica, e até mesmo propor reciclagens de treinamentos aos clientes; Realizar Reuniões Periódicas de Sucesso com os clientes da carteira; Controle de métricas e garantir o engajamento dos clientes da carteira; Atuar em UpSell com os clientes para gerar novas oportunidades; Executar planos de ação para fomentar o uso integral da plataforma, de acordo com o funcionamento do negócio de cada cliente; Analisar, organizar relatórios e apresentar resultados aos clientes; Identificar possíveis riscos de churn e tomar medidas preventivas para mitigá-los; Manter registros precisos de interações com os clientes e atualizar os sistemas de CRM com as informações relevantes; Colaborar com equipes internas, como vendas e desenvolvimento de produtos, para garantir uma experiência de cliente excepcional; Se tornar especialista no produto Atlas Governance; Ter o desejo em fazer o sucesso do seu cliente o seu sucesso! Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que estamos buscando na pessoas que vai fazer parte do time:Nível básico de Excel e PowerPoint; Espanhol intermediário ou avançado; Boa habilidade de comunicação; Boa habilidade de negociação.Diferenciais:Experiência com atendimento ao cliente; Inglês será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisAlguns dos nossos benefícios:Vale Refeição (no cartão Swile);Auxílio home office (no cartão Swile);Plano de saúde;Seguro de vida;Aulas de Espanhol;Parceria com a EnglishPass;Folga no aniversário e no aniversário dos seus filhos.
