Mal podemos esperar para descobrir se pode ser você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Colaborar com a CIPA em seus programas e estudar as observações e proposições na solução de ações corretivas e preventivas de acidentes de trabalho;Coordenar o Sistema de Gestão de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional;Determinar os tipos de equipamentos de proteção individual – EPI e equipamentos de proteção coletiva – EPC, adequados à atividade da empresa;Determinar procedimentos de segurança para espaço confinado; eletricidade; armazenagem, transporte e utilização de produtos químicos; redução ou eliminação de exposição aos riscos ambientais;Dimensionar sistemas de prevenção e combate a incêndios;Divulgar as normas de segurança e acompanhar o cumprimento das normas estabelecidas;Divulgar resultados e planos de trabalho;Elaborar planos para controlar emergências e criar condições para combate a incêndios e salvamento de vítimas de qualquer tipo de acidente;Emitir pareceres técnicos e laudos, quando necessário;Emitir programas de prevenção conforme normas legais;Estabelecer planos de ação, planos de ações preventivas e corretivas;Levantar e estudar estatísticas de acidentes de trabalho, doenças profissionais e do trabalho, analisando as causas e a gravidade;Pesquisar e analisar as causas de doenças ocupacionais e condições ambientais em que ocorreram para tomar as providências exigidas por lei;Planejar e desenvolver a implantação e técnicas relativas a gerenciamento e controle de riscos;Prevenir a ocorrência ou reincidência de acidentes ou de doenças ocupacionais;Promover inspeções nos locais de trabalho, identificar condições perigosas e tomar as providências necessárias para eliminar as situações de riscos, controle de poluição, higiene do trabalho, ergonomia, prevenção de incêndio e saneamento;Propor políticas, programas, normas e regulamentos de Segurança do Trabalho;Providenciar avaliação ergonômica dos postos de trabalho;Realizar palestras e treinamentos aos colaboradores sobre os temas ligados a Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Saúde – SMS;Reunir equipe de técnicos de segurança periodicamente para tratar dos assuntos ligados a segurança e saúde ocupacional das atividades da empresa;Supervisionar, coordenar e orientar tecnicamente os serviços de Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho.Promover gestão corporativa da segurança do trabalho;Colaborar com auditorias do Programa 5S;Colaborar para a manutenção das certificações ISO 14001; ISO 9001 e OHSAS 18001;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Engenharias e especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do TrabalhoPacote OfficeDesejável:Gestão de risco e Segurança do trabalho, Legislação de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional, Normas Regulamentadoras.Informações adicionaisO que vamos te proporcionar:Plano de Saúde Hapvida Nosso Plano 100% pago pela empresa ( colaborador + 1 dependente);Refeição na empresa;Cesta Básica via sodexo;Seguro de Vida;Plano Odontológico por adesão;Vale Transporte.
