O profissional será responsável por construir e otimizar pipelines de dados, garantindo a precisão, acessibilidade e preparo das informações para análise e monitoramento.A posição atua na interface entre as demandas de negócio, da área de DataViz e a infraestrutura de dados, visando a disponibilização de dados confiáveis para decisões estratégicas. O ambiente de trabalho prioriza dinamismo, colaboração, melhoria contínua e autonomia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidadesModelagem de Dados: Criar e manter modelos de dados eficientes e escaláveis nas camadas Silver e Gold da arquitetura medalhão, utilizando SQL, para otimizar o consumo por ferramentas de BI e análises de marketing.Business Intelligence: Essa pessoa deverá gerenciar toda a ETL do cliente, com apoio das áreas de Engineering e DataViz, e produzir análises de negócio e marketing digital.Garantia da Qualidade dos Dados: Implementar e monitorar regras de qualidade de dados (com o auxílio de ferramentas como o Dataplex), identificar e solucionar inconsistências, assegurando a precisão e confiabilidade das informações.Otimização e Performance: Colaborar na otimização da performance de consultas e da infraestrutura de dados para garantir a agilidade na disponibilização das informações.Documentação: Manter a documentação técnica e de negócio dos pipelines, modelos e regras de dados atualizada e clara.Suporte e Colaboração: Recepcionar e atender às demandas das áreas de marketing e inteligência de dados, transformando requisitos de negócio em soluções de dados robustas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos TécnicosProgramação: Experiência prática com SQL (imprescindível) e Python ou R para automação de scripts e manipulação de dados.Ferramentas de ETL/Orquestração: Familiaridade com ferramentas de orquestração de pipelines (ex: Apache Airflow, dbt) é um diferencial.Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Conhecimento em BigQuery, Data Studio e outros serviços.Versionamento de Código: Uso de sistemas de controle de versão, preferencialmente Git (BitBucket).Conceitos de Banco de Dados: Entendimento de bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais, arquitetura medalhão e desenho de fluxos.Conceitos de Tagueamento (GTM): Entendimento de fluxos de dados coletados via GTM.Conhecimentos em Marketing Digital (Pré-Requisito)Web Analytics: Experiência com Google Analytics 4 (API GA4, integração nativa GA4 <> BQ) e/ou Adobe Analytics.Plataformas de Ads: Conhecimento de dados de Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.E-commerce e CRM: Familiaridade com dados de plataformas como VTex, Magento, Salesforce, RDStation, Active Campaign.Conceitos de Marketing Digital: Entendimento de métricas de marketing (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversão) e fluxos de dados de campanhas.
