Procuramos alguém que vá muito além da construção de painéis, exercendo papel de liderança técnica, sendo capaz de criar verdadeiras narrativas com dados (Data Storytelling) e guiando decisões estratégicas complexas de negócios e marketing digital.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você fará no dia a dia (Responsabilidades)Exercer a liderança técnica da área de visualização de dados, definindo padrões de design, usabilidade, boas práticas e arquitetura da informação visual para o time.Garantir a qualidade técnica das entregas de DataViz, realizando revisões de painéis e orientando os demais analistas em soluções de alta complexidade.Desenvolver dashboards complexos e interativos de alto impacto, garantindo performance e uma experiência fluida para os tomadores de decisão.Traduzir métricas e KPIs complexos de Marketing Digital (Performance, CRM, Branding, etc.) em narrativas visuais claras e acionáveis.Atuar como parceiro estratégico das diretorias e lideranças, ajudando a formular hipóteses e a responder perguntas de negócios complexas através de dados.Garantir as melhores práticas de UI/UX aplicadas a dados.Realizar a ponte técnica com Engenharia de Dados para garantir que as tabelas e modelos consumidos estejam otimizados para as ferramentas de visualização.Evangelizar a cultura "Data-Driven" na empresa, treinando e capacitando outras áreas no uso de dashboards e na interpretação de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você (Requisitos Obrigatórios)Experiência consolidada e comprovada em Visualização de Dados / Business Intelligence, com vivência em mentoria ou liderança técnica de times/projetos.Domínio avançado (nível especialista) em pelo menos uma ferramenta líder de mercado (Looker Studio,Power BI, Tableau,  etc.), incluindo otimização de performance e fórmulas complexas (ex: DAX, LODs).Proficiência avançada em SQL (capacidade de construir e otimizar queries pesadas para alimentar seus dashboards).Conhecimento profundo sobre Data Storytelling e UI/UX focado em analytics.Forte background e entendimento de métricas e conceitos de Marketing Digital (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Funil de Conversão, Modelos de Atribuição).Habilidade de comunicação excepcional, sendo capaz de apresentar dados complexos de forma simples para públicos não-técnicos (C-Level e Diretorias).Será um grande diferencial se você tiver (Requisitos Desejáveis)Experiência com manipulação e análise de dados utilizando Python ou R.Conhecimentos em bibliotecas de visualização customizadas (ex: D3.js, Plotly, Streamlit).Vivência com modelagem de dados semântica (ex: LookML).Conhecimento das plataformas de mídia e web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
