Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssistente de Vendas Atuação no suporte à equipe comercial, atendimento aos clientes, organização de informações e documentos, acompanhamento de propostas e pedidos, atualização de sistemas e apoio nas rotinas administrativas da área de vendas. Assistente de Pós-Vendas Suporte às rotinas de pós-vendas, atendimento e acompanhamento dos clientes, organização de agendamentos, ordens de serviço e documentos, atualização de sistemas e apoio à equipe técnica e administrativa. Recepcionista Responsável pelo atendimento e acolhimento dos clientes na concessionária, direcionamento aos setores e profissionais, atendimento telefônico e por canais digitais, organização da recepção e apoio nas rotinas administrativas e de atendimento. Consultor Técnico Atendimento ao cliente no pós-vendas, identificação das necessidades do veículo, abertura e acompanhamento de ordens de serviço, elaboração de orçamentos, acompanhamento dos serviços junto à oficina e realização da entrega do veículo, garantindo qualidade e satisfação do cliente. Preparador de Autos Responsável pela preparação e organização dos veículos para entrega e exposição, realizando limpeza, conferência, abastecimento e cuidados necessários para garantir que os veículos estejam em perfeitas condições de apresentação. Mecânico de Autos Realização de manutenções preventivas e corretivas, diagnósticos e reparos em veículos, seguindo os procedimentos técnicos e padrões de qualidade da montadora, além de realizar testes e inspeções para garantir o correto funcionamento dos veículos. Entregador Técnico Responsável pela entrega técnica dos veículos aos clientes, apresentando os principais recursos, funcionalidades e tecnologias do veículo, orientando sobre utilização e cuidados, garantindo que o cliente tenha segurança e conhecimento antes de sair da concessionária. Requisitos gerais Buscamos profissionais comprometidos, proativos, organizados, com boa comunicação e foco no cliente, que tenham interesse em fazer parte da nova operação Geely em Araraquara.
