Que entendem que gerenciar é servir — a equipe, os clientes e os resultados da empresa. #VEMPRASIPOResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pelo gerenciamento da unidade de loja e equipe de vendas, visando assegurar o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas, envolvendo volume de vendas, lucratividade, participação de mercado e outros objetivos estratégicos da empresa.Aferir e cobrar diariamente metas mercantis, de serviços financeiros e cursos online; analisar estatísticas de conversão, ticket médio e itens por venda;Participar de audioconferência diária com o Gerente Regional; realizar checklist semanal de tarefas operacionais e processos administrativos;Desenvolver cada vendedor em vendas, serviços e estatísticas; preencher semanalmente o formulário de Desempenho e aplicar orientação progressiva;Realizar depósitos bancários diariamente; fazer conferência de tesouraria e repassar saldo ao financeiro nos prazos acordados;Conduzir o processo disciplinar da equipe; participar de entrevistas de seleção com RH e Gerente Regional;Realizar abertura, reunião diária e fechamento da loja; checar mostruário, etiquetas, produtos de risco e recolhimento de segurança;Acompanhar e auxiliar vendedores nos atendimentos; autorizar descontos respeitando a política comercial da empresa;Representar a empresa em audiências (PROCON, Juizados Especiais) e acompanhar órgãos fiscalizadores na loja.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos mínimos:Ensino Superior em completo;Conhecimento técnico de gerenciamento de lojas no segmento de comércio varejista;Experiência em gestão de equipes de vendas.Você se destaca se tiver:Domínio dos sistemas GEMCO, SAP e Sênior;Experiência com gestão de indicadores (taxa de conversão, ticket médio, itens por venda);Vivência com processos disciplinares, seleção de equipe e planejamento de férias.Informações adicionaisBenefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖
