Os seus dados serão utilizados exclusivamente pela nossa equipe de Atração e Seleção para fins de análise de perfil e mapeamento de oportunidades internas.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Planejar, dirigir e coordenar todas as atividades que envolvem a administração e operação do empreendimento a fim de atingir os objetivos financeiros.• Participar na formulação e administração de políticas, procedimentos hoteleiros e desenvolver metas e objetivos a curto, médio e longo prazo para o empreendimento.• Determinar, desenvolver, implementar e monitorar os padrões da marca e administradora sugeridos para o Hotel.• Restaurar e manter a propriedade em ordem.• Assegurar a satisfação dos clientes através de constantes avaliações.• Revisar os relatórios e análises de custos, de atividades operacionais bem como as previsões para determinar o progresso para atingir as metas preestabelecidas.• Direcionar o plano orçamentário das áreas e departamentos do Hotel, baseando-se em resultados apresentados porcentro de custo, visando o aproveitamento de vantagens competitivas e a melhor gestão financeira em termos deesforços técnicos, operacionais e humanos.• Assegurar o pleno cumprimento de políticas e diretrizes definidas por órgãos públicos e fiscalizadores, garantindo queas áreas se respaldem técnica e legalmente para a mitigação de todo e qualquer risco legal, visando salvaguardar aimagem da empresa perante autoridades e sociedade em geral.Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência consolidada na função• Domínio em pacote office• Gestão estratégica de pessoas• Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Hotelaria, Turismo ou áreas afins.Informações adicionaisA combinar
