Realizar inspeções e monitoramentos de rotina nas áreas produtivas. Acompanhar e contribuir para a eficácia dos Programas de Autocontrole. Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizados documentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade. Analisar indicadores, investigar desvios e acompanhar a implementação de ações corretivas e de melhoria. Identificar oportunidades de otimização dos processos, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura da qualidade. Reportar resultados, indicadores e oportunidades de melhoria à liderança da Qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos uma pessoa dinâmica, organizada e proativa, que goste de estar presente no chão de fábrica, compreender os processos, analisar dados e indicadores, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e atuar em conjunto com as equipes para fortalecer a cultura da qualidade.Valorizamos profissionais curiosos, com boa comunicação, iniciativa, senso de colaboração, interesse por melhoria contínua e inovação aplicada aos processos, além de capacidade para transformar observações em ações que gerem resultados.Requisitos:Curso Técnico completo ou Ensino Superior em andamento ou concluído em Qualidade, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Alimentos, Química, Alimentos ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e Pacote Office.Será um diferencial possuir conhecimento em APPCC, Programas de Autocontrole e legislações aplicáveis.Informações adicionaisNossos Benefícios:Vale refeição de R$ 1.000,00Plano de Saúde Unimed completoAuxílio Educação de 40%Seguro de VidaAuxílio CrechePPRBanco de horasPlataforma de Aprendizagem Corporativa Convênio com estabelecimentos locaisModalidade: Presencial
