Responsável em monitorar a qualidade de produtos finais, com base nos planos de inspeção, efetuando os registros dos ensaios, dar suporte ao desenvolvimento de produtos e matérias-primas bem como atender inspeções de recebimento e liberação de produtos para Órgãos Públicos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar os requisitos visuais do produto, através da inspeção visual, conforme em normas de produto Controlar os requisitos dimensionais do produto, através de instrumentos de medição controlados e auditorias sistemáticas nas linhas de produção, conforme normas de produto; Realizar testes Físicos no produto, através de planos de inspeção e ensaios, cartas de controle, equipamentos/dispositivos controlados e auditorias sistemáticas nas linhas de produção, conforme normas de produtos; Registrar desvios de produção, através de relatórios de não conformidade interna, conforme acordado com os coordenadores de produção a disposição imediata para o lote segregado; Consultar e manter atualizado as ferramentas de registro e monitoramento da Qualidade, através dos sistemas informatizados; Conscientizar os colaboradores e disseminar os conceitos da qualidade (produto e sistema), através de exemplos de desvios, normas e outras informações Descartar corretamente os resíduos, oriundos das atividades de controle e testes, através da correta segregação em recipientes adequados.
