Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar dados em informações estratégicas, apoiando a construção de diagnósticos, relatórios executivos e recomendações para clientes.Procuramos alguém com experiência em análise de dados, pesquisa aplicada e elaboração de apresentações executivas, capaz de atuar com autonomia na gestão de bases de dados, interpretação de resultados e geração de insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar, tratar e analisar bases de dados quantitativas e qualitativas.Desenvolver indicadores e análises para pesquisas organizacionais, censos, diagnósticos de maturidade e outros projetos de consultoria.Construir dashboards e painéis gerenciais em ferramentas de Business Intelligence.Elaborar relatórios analíticos, apresentações executivas e materiais para clientes.Apoiar a interpretação de resultados e a construção de recomendações estratégicas.Automatizar e otimizar processos de análise e consolidação de informações.Atuar em parceria com equipes multidisciplinares na entrega de projetos de pesquisa e consultoria.Participar da evolução de metodologias, indicadores e produtos de inteligência de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoGraduação completa em Ciências Sociais, Economia, Estatística, Administração, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Matemática, áreas correlatas ou experiência prática equivalente que comprove o domínio exigido pela função.Conhecimentos e experiênciasExperiência mínima de 2 anos em análise de dados.Experiência mínima de 2 anos em pesquisa acadêmica, pesquisa aplicada ou consultoria.Conhecimento básico em softwares estatísticos.Excel avançado para tratamento, consolidação e análise de dados.PowerPoint avançado para elaboração de apresentações executivas e storytelling com dados.Boa comunicação escrita para elaboração de relatórios técnicos e executivos.Capacidade de interpretação de resultados e geração de insights acionáveis.Conhecimento em Power BI para construção de dashboards e visualização de dados.Será um diferencial se você tiverExperiência em projetos de pesquisa organizacional (censos, clima, engajamento, cultura, diversidade, equidade e inclusão ou pesquisas de mercado).Atuação prévia em áreas de People Analytics, Business Intelligence de RH ou Inteligência Organizacional. Conhecimento em Question Pro.Conhecimento em R.Competências comportamentaisCapacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico.Atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a qualidade das entregas.Organização e gestão de prioridades.Capacidade de transmitir informações de forma acessível.Facilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes públicos.
