Atuar na supervisão comercial, realizando a gestão da equipe, acompanhamento de indicadores, desenvolvimento de pessoas e gestão do relacionamento com agentes de saúde, médicos e parceiros, com foco no alcance das metas e na melhoria dos resultados comerciais.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Validar a agenda de relacionamento médico do Executivo de Relacionamento;- Gerir a performance da carteira de médicos e parceiros;- Analisar quedas e crescimentos nas solicitações médicas e propor ajustes na rota de relacionamento;- Orientar o Executivo de Relacionamento na tratativa de oportunidades e situações específicas;- Participar de negociações-chave com potenciais parceiros;- Participar de reuniões estratégicas com parceiros e médicos solicitantes;- Atuar na resolução de objeções, reclamações e situações relacionadas ao nível de serviço;- Desenvolver a equipe de Executivos de Relacionamento por meio de treinamentos, acompanhamentos e feedbacks;- Monitorar a execução dos Operadores de Vendas Internas;- Acompanhar o tempo médio de resposta e a conformidade dos atendimentos;- Desenvolver os Operadores de Vendas Internas por meio de treinamentos e capacitações;- Orientar a equipe na condução de casos críticos com pacientes e parceiros;- Gerir, registrar e validar os resultados consolidados da área e dos Executivos de Relacionamento;- Participar dos ritos de gestão e planejamento comercial;- Revisar semanalmente os indicadores de performance das áreas de relacionamento e vendas internas;- Acompanhar indicadores de faturamento, NPS, tempo médio de resposta, quantidade de exames realizados e quantidade de pacientes atendidos;- Preencher ou delegar o preenchimento do painel diário de vendas;- Apresentar o FCA sempre que a projeção estiver abaixo da meta.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:- Superior em andamento em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas similares;- Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Enfermagem, Farmácia ou áreas afins.Experiência:- Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área.- Conhecimentos e competências técnicas:- Técnicas de vendas;- Prospecção ativa;- Gestão de saúde e relacionamento com agentes de saúde;- Conhecimento dos atributos de valor na perspectiva médica, de clínicas parceiras e de convênios;- Conhecimento das dinâmicas e alavancas comerciais de laboratórios de análises clínicas;- Gestão de performance de carteira;- Coaching de vendas;- Venda provocativa, com conhecimento da metodologia “A Venda Desafiadora”;- Técnicas de Sucesso do Cliente;- Gestão de indicadores e construção de FCA;- Condução de ritos de gestão;- Noções de construção e mensuração de remuneração variável.Competências comportamentais:- Liderança e desenvolvimento de pessoas;- Comunicação assertiva e negociação;- Orientação para resultados e disciplina de execução;- Pensamento analítico voltado à gestão de resultados;- Adaptabilidade;- Resiliência e autogestão emocional.Competências organizacionais:- Ética;- Qualidade;- Compromisso;- Transparência;- Humildade;- Competência.
