Para a função de Assistente Administrativo, as principais responsabilidades incluem:Realizar a gestão, organização e arquivamento de documentos físicos e digitais;Prestar apoio às rotinas financeiras, auxiliando no controle de despesas, receitas e demais processos administrativos;Realizar atendimento ao público, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros, oferecendo suporte com cordialidade e eficiência;Apoiar os processos administrativos da empresa, incluindo controle de agendas, conferência e atualização de informações em sistemas internos;Auxiliar nas demandas relacionadas ao setor de Recursos Humanos e ao setor Fiscal, conforme necessidade;Zelar pela organização das informações, pelo cumprimento dos processos internos e pelo bom funcionamento das rotinas administrativas;Colaborar com as demais áreas da empresa, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e a melhoria contínua dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável estar cursando ou ter concluído ensino técnico ou superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em informática e Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de responsabilidade;Proatividade, comprometimento e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Capacidade de organização, planejamento e gestão de prioridades;Experiência em atividades administrativas será considerada um diferencial.
