Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento consultivo e acolhedor aos clientes, apresentando produtos de perfumaria e cosméticos para o atingimento das metas de vendas;Operar o sistema de caixa (PDV), realizar recebimento e conferência de mercadorias, controle de estoque e apoio em inventários;Manter o quiosque/loja limpo, organizado e abastecido, garantindo a montagem de vitrines e reposição de produtos conforme os padrões de Visual Merchandising;Participar dos treinamentos e capacitações da marca, aplicando as diretrizes de atendimento e mantendo-se atualizado(a) sobre novidades do portfólio;

Dar suporte às rotinas operacionais da unidade, como abertura e fechamento da loja e apoio à liderança da equipe quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1, incluindo finais de semana e feriados;Disponibilidade para atuação em diferentes turnos, conforme a necessidade da unidade.Exemplos de horários de atuação:Turno I: 09h40 às 18h00Turno II: 12h00 às 20h20Turno III: 13h40 às 22h00Os horários podem variar de acordo com a unidade e a oportunidade disponível.Algumas experiências e conhecimentos podem contribuir para o seu perfil:

Experiência em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou liderança no varejo;Vivência nos segmentos de beleza, cosméticos, perfumaria, moda ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas, atendimento, operação de caixa e organização de estoque;Afinidade com o universo da beleza, perfumaria e experiência do cliente.
