Algumas delas são: Analista de negócio, Cientista de dados, Analista de Inteligência de mercado, Analista BI, Analista de processos e Analista de gestão estratégica.· Planejamento Financeiro 🚀O setor de orçamento de despesas da MRV é responsável por coletar, analisar e gerenciar informações financeiras da companhia. Entre nossas principais atividades, incluem-se a elaboração do orçamento anual, o controle de despesas, a geração de relatórios de desempenho, previsões financeiras e o apoio à tomada de decisão. Além disso, trabalhamos na melhoria de processos e na implementação de metodologias de gestão. O setor desempenha um papel crucial no cumprimento dos objetivos estratégicos da organização.· Gestão de Controle Financeiro DI 🚀Nossa principal função é garantir a gestão de todas as finanças do DI através do controle de todos os custos, despesas e processos contábeis, além do planejamento e apoio às melhores tomadas de decisão para a MRV&CO.• Data e Analytics 🚀A área de Data & Analytics é responsável por:- Definir a estratégia de Data&Analytics: ferramentas, linguagens e arquitetura (aquisição, tratamento, qualidade, armazenamento e preparação dos dados).- Estruturar, disseminar e garantir as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de relatórios, modelos prescritivos ou preditivos.- Criar e administrar o Data Lake da companhia.- Criar e manter os relatórios de gestão dos produtos digitais e da sua respectiva utilização (em conjunto com o CEI) Além disso, tem como missão ser referência em Data & Analytics, provendo dados confiáveis e governados, contribuindo para que as estratégias de negócio sejam conduzidas de maneira ágil e assertiva, otimizando a relação custo-benefício.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades que esperamos de você independente da área:Conhecimento em Excel;Conhecimento em Power BI (Desejável);Experiência com Análise de Dados ou Análises Financeiras;Proatividade e capacidade de decisão;Trabalhar sob pressão;Comunicação eficaz;Informações adicionaisO que você terá?Salário compatível com o mercado;Benefício de alimentação flexível - Alelo (vale-refeição e/ou vale-alimentação);Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Programa anual de remuneração variável;Vale-transporte;Gympass;Benefícios, conforme convenção coletiva de trabalho.E muito mais!Transformar a sociedade é um grande desafio.
