Isso significa que estamos mapeando profissionais com perfil aderente para futuras oportunidades que possam surgir em diferentes regiões do país com foco em representantes comerciais ou concessionárias credenciadas. Buscamos pessoas com perfil analítico e comercial, boa comunicação, habilidade de negociação, facilidade para construir relacionamentos e foco em resultados. 

Responsabilidades e atribuições • Atingir o volume e quantidade de vendas mensal de sua região com base nos objetivos de vendas.  • Participar do planejamento das vendas regionais por pontos de vendas.  • Acompanhar o andamento das vendas de cotas de consórcio junto aos pontos de vendas, para garantir e estimular sua comercialização, e o efetivo cumprimento de metas. • Definir ações de vendas em conjunto com os pontos de vendas.  • Elaborar relatório de performance.  • Treinar e motivar os vendedores e administrativos das Concessionárias e dos Representantes Comerciais, instruindo sobre temas como técnicas de vendas, produtos e normas de produtos em geral.  • Acompanhar a Implantação de material relativo a PLV (Publicidade de Ponto de Venda) do CNY nos Concessionários e Representantes Comerciais sob sua responsabilidade.  • Realizar visitas para ativação de concessionárias Yamaha inativas no consórcio, e para nomeação de novos Representantes Comerciais.  • Cumprir as normas e procedimentos, atendendo objetivos e metas da Política da Qualidade (ISO 9001) e do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (ISO 14001).                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (desejável Superior completo/ cursando)Conhecimento de vendas e negociaçãoConhecimento de mercado de ConsórcioConhecimento em Excel, CRM e relatórios de performanceBoa comunicaçãoExperiencia em treinamentos
