Atuar como ponto de contato para as demandas da região sob sua responsabilidade;

Analisar as informações necessárias para dar andamento à solicitação, conforme os fluxos e protocolos estabelecidos;

Acionar e realizar interface com unidades de origem e destino, prestadores de transporte e demais equipes envolvidas;

Acompanhar todo o processo de remoção, desde a abertura da solicitação até a chegada do paciente à unidade de destino;

Realizar contatos e atualizações sobre o andamento das solicitações, garantindo que as partes envolvidas estejam devidamente informadas;

Atuar na resolução de intercorrências operacionais, atrasos, indisponibilidades ou dificuldades que possam impactar o transporte;

Priorizar demandas conforme o nível de urgência e os protocolos definidos pela operação;

Manter os registros dos atendimentos e movimentações atualizados nos sistemas utilizados pela companhia;

Realizar interface com outras regiões e áreas quando a remoção envolver localidades diferentes;

Trabalhar de forma organizada com múltiplas solicitações simultâneas, garantindo acompanhamento e continuidade das tratativas;

Contribuir para o cumprimento dos indicadores de tempo de resposta, resolutividade e qualidade do atendimento.
