O Banco de Talentos tem como objetivo formar cadastro voluntário de currículos, fornecendo assim, um banco de profissionais de nível médio, técnico e superior interessados em fazer parte do Sistema FIEPA (SESI/SENAI DR PA). A inscrição não garante a obrigatoriedade de convocação e/ou contratação. Os candidatos poderão ser chamados de acordo com a aderência do currículo ao perfil da vaga e a convocação dependerá da necessidade/demanda da Unidade.
