Procuramos profissionais para atuar em nossos clientes criando produtos digitais de alta consistência, reduzindo a fricção operacional e elevando a maturidade de processos e jornadas.Framing e Resolução de Problemas: Mapear problemas, delimitar escopos, formular hipóteses e garantir que as soluções propostas resolvam a dor certa, tornando explícitos os trade-offs entre impacto, risco, esforço e tempo.UX e Arquitetura de Informação: Desenhar fluxos de navegação, estruturas de informação, estados e exceções, garantindo previsibilidade e reduzindo o retrabalho.Prototipação e Validação: Construir protótipos de baixa a alta fidelidade para testar hipóteses, utilizar dados/pesquisas para fundamentar escolhas e mitigar riscos antes da implementação.Interface e Microinterações: Projetar telas funcionais e esteticamente impecáveis, cuidando de hierarquia, leitura, densidade, espaçamentos e alinhamentos.Motion com Propósito: Definir princípios de motion consistentes com a marca, aplicando transições e microinterações que melhorem a experiência e forneçam feedback ao usuário.Padrões e Qualidade (Craft): Definir e aplicar critérios de acessibilidade, UX Writing e qualidade de UI. Realizar reviews e design críticos para orientar e elevar a régua do time.Componentização e Tokens: Criar, manter e evoluir componentes e tokens (cores, tipografia, espaçamento) no Figma, garantindo ampla cobertura de estados e nomenclaturas padronizadas.Governança e Contribuição: Definir o modelo de contribuição, versionamento, releases e depreciação de elementos da biblioteca.Handoff e Design-to-Code: Documentar entregas com clareza, alinhar regras com a Engenharia e acompanhar a implementação em produção (QA de UI).Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência consistente no ciclo completo de Product Design (Discovery ao Handoff) em produtos digitais, com autonomia para resolver problemas complexos e atuar como referência técnica no squad.Domínio em criação, manutenção e governança de Design Systems (tokens, bibliotecas no Figma, documentação e versionamento) e acompanhamento de métricas de adoção.Experiência sólida na colaboração com Engenharia, garantindo alinhamento técnico entre componentes de design e código.Alta maturidade visual e funcional (UI/UX, microinterações, acessibilidade), com habilidade para realizar reviews, direcionar outros designers e elevar a régua do time.Capacidade de influenciar decisões de produto/negócio, articular trade-offs com clareza e defender escolhas de design junto a stakeholders e ao time executivo.Requisito diferencial:Inglês avançadoInformações adicionais
