Não há um prazo definido para admissões, mas nosso time de Pessoas e Cultura analisa continuamente os currículos recebidos e entrará em contato assim que surgir uma oportunidade alinhada ao seu perfil.Por que escolher a Blue3?Somos um dos principais escritórios de investimentos do Brasil, comprometidos em transformar o mercado financeiro e facilitar o entendimento de todos sobre investimentos.Sonha em acelerar sua carreira em um time de alta performance?Na Blue3, você terá a oportunidade de crescer e se destacar, conectando pessoas às melhores soluções financeiras do mercado.Venha para o #TimeBlue3 e transforme sua carreira!Cadastre-se agora e faça parte da nossa história de sucesso. ✨Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPOR DENTRO DA ÁREA DE PRODUTOS E ALOCAÇÕESNa área de Produtos e Alocação, acontecem as principais análises do mercado financeiro.Confira as principais funções e responsabilidades de cada cargo:ESPECIALISTA EM RENDA FIXA:Responsável por selecionar semanalmente os melhores produtos de Renda Fixa na plataforma XP para o Plano de Voo e confecção do Top Renda Fixa;Preparar materiais de vendas, publicar informações no Guia de Alocação e orientar a construção de bases de oportunidades junto ao time de Analytics/CRM.Apresentar os produtos selecionados em eventos como Café com Produtos, Roadshows e reuniões;Monitorar eventos corporativos (recompras de títulos, amortizações extraordinárias, AG’s, entre outros) com impacto em custódias relevantes, mantendo informações atualizadas no Guia de Alocação e organizando os clientes impactados.ESPECIALISTA EM RENDA VARIÁVEL:Divulgar as Carteiras Recomendadas da Área de Análise e coordenar a distribuição de produtos com o time comercial;Selecionar COEs de Renda Variável para o Plano de Voo, fomentar estratégias de Trade Idea junto à Mesa de Renda Variável e a Mesa Advisor;Modelar e parametrizar operações estruturadas com a XP, sempre alinhadas ao call da Área de Análise;Preparar materiais de vendas, publicar informações no Guia de Alocação e outros canais, além de apresentar produtos em eventos e reuniões;Revisar e atualizar páginas de renda variável nos BI’s de Produtos e Alocação.ESPECIALISTA EM FUNDO LÍQUIDOS E ALTERNATIVOS:Selecionar semanalmente os melhores fundos abertos (PCO), Fundos Imobiliários e Fundos Alternativos, além de avaliar e direcionar realocações para produtos mais adequados aos clientes.Preparar materiais de vendas, publicar informações no Guia de Alocação e outros canais, e comunicar eventos específicos da classe de Fundos, como marcação de cotas e chamadas de capital.Apresentar os produtos selecionados de forma clara e objetiva em eventos como Café com Produtos, Roadshows e reuniões temáticas.ESPECIALISTA EM OFFSHORE:Selecionar produtos de Offshore para o Plano de Voo, avaliar bonds, CDs e mutual fundos disponíveis, e propor ao menos três estratégias customizadas semestrais, como notas estruturadas ou fundos exclusivos;Preparar materiais de vendas, publicar informações no Guia de Alocação, e apontar filtros para criação de oportunidades junto ao time de Analytics/CRM;Apresentar produtos em eventos como Café com Produtos, Roadshows, e reuniões, além de organizar encontros com gestoras internacionais;Avaliar a custódia e direcionar possíveis realocações de ativos para alternativas melhores para o cliente;Enviar relatórios de vencimentos e posições de caixa ao time de Bankers e estruturar campanhas internacionais com XP e Avenue.ESPECIALISTA EM ESTRATÉGIA E PERFORMANCE:Construir e coordenar o cronograma do Plano de Voo, alinhando áreas responsáveis e disponibilizando mensalmente para as lideranças.Definir produtos e perfis de clientes para campanhas junto aos times de CRM, comunicar campanhas vigentes ao time comercial e lideranças, e priorizar incentivos com os capitães de produtos.Consolidar estratégias, planos de ação, pipeline de receita e materiais para reuniões mensais e trimestrais, além de atualizar e enviar o Plano Tático semanalmente.Gerenciar dados do Asset Allocation e SPA com o time de Alocação e participar de treinamentos de ferramentas e produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesInformações adicionaisNossas Unidades:Ribeirão Preto- SP e Franca - SP.📣 Diferenciais Blue3 Investimentos- Acesso a plataformas educacionais exclusivas Blue3;- Gympass / Wellhub;- Blue3 Store - acesso loja com produtos exclusivos;- Zenklub - acesso a plataforma de saúde emocional;- Assistência médica e odontológica - parceria com condições especiais.
