Como funciona o Banco de Talentos? Cadastre-se em nosso banco de talentos e entraremos em contato à medida que tivermos vagas no seu perfil! É muito importante que você mantenha suas informações atualizadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar atividades e projetos pedagógicos para serem desenvolvidos com as crianças do CDH - Centro de Desenvolvimento Humano, visando o desenvolvimento global dos educandos nos aspectos cognitivos, sócio emocional e físico motor;Estruturar projetos pedagógicos com seu grupo de alunos; estruturar a rotina de sala de aula, tempos e espaços, conforme diretrizes pedagógicas institucionais;Participar de atendimentos e ou plantões, presenciais e ou remotos, orientados pelo Setor Pedagógico junto às famílias dos alunos, profissionais externos (especializados); apontar dados consistentes (evidências) do desenvolvimento e aprendizagem infantil; cuidar, brincar e interagir com os alunos, contribuindo com a tradução desses eixos estruturantes na rotina de sala de aula, na intervenção didática e na solução de possíveis conflitos; avaliar os alunos processualmente e continuamente, a partir de observações cotidianas e escuta sensível, coletando evidências de aprendizagem e informações sobre seu percurso escolar; manter o diário de classe atualizado;Participar do processo coletivo de análise e revisão do Projeto Político Pedagógico CDH, bem como de procedimentos de práticas; participar de enquetes e pesquisas institucionais e também propostas pela AFCBMM;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento infantil nos aspectos cognitivos, sócio emocionais e motores de alunos portadores de necessidades educacionais especiais e ou de deficiência; participar dos processos de formação continuada, grupos de estudo, rodas de conversa, reuniões e outras oportunidades de capacitação propostas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior em Pedagogia;Especialização em Educação Infantil, Neuropsicopedagogia e ou Educação especial na perspectiva inclusiva, será considerado um diferencial; Experiência na educação infantil e ou anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental;Conhecimentos e fundamentos acerca do desenvolvimento e aprendizagens na educação infantil.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:                                                                                                                                      Assistência médica;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida. Quais são os próximos passos?O seu cadastro ficará em nosso banco de dados e diante de oportunidades compatíveis com seu perfil entraremos em contato.
