Responsabilidades e atribuições Seu dia a diaResponsável pela abordagem e atendimento de clientes em lojas do varejo, realizando a venda de produtos e serviços da Claro, como planos de telefonia móvel, internet, TV por assinatura e serviços digitais. Atua identificando as necessidades dos clientes, apresentando soluções adequadas, esclarecendo dúvidas e conduzindo o processo de venda.Realiza ações de prospecção, acompanhamento de metas, demonstração de produtos, ativação de serviços e apoio na organização do ponto de venda. Também é responsável por garantir a correta exposição dos materiais de merchandising, fortalecer a marca Claro e oferecer uma experiência de atendimento de excelência aos clientes.
