Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDependendo da oportunidade, você poderá atuar em diferentes frentes da nossa área Comercial, como prospecção, pré-vendas, vendas, gestão e desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes. Entre as principais atividades, estão:

Prospectar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócios;

Realizar contato com potenciais clientes por telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp e outros canais;

Identificar necessidades e oportunidades comerciais;

Apresentar nossas soluções e construir propostas alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes;

Negociar condições comerciais e acompanhar oportunidades até o fechamento;

Realizar a gestão e o desenvolvimento da carteira de clientes;

Atuar no relacionamento, retenção e identificação de novas oportunidades na base;

Manter informações e interações atualizadas no CRM;

Acompanhar indicadores, metas e resultados comerciais;

Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas para proporcionar uma boa experiência ao cliente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;

Conhecimentos básicos em Informática;

Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento;

Perfil comercial, proatividade e orientação para resultados;Experiência anterior na área comercial.

É um diferencial:

Vivência com vendas B2B;

Experiência nos segmentos de Telecomunicações ou Tecnologia;

Conhecimento ou experiência com CRM.
