E, com inovação, terá espaço para transformar o futuro da nossa organização.Valorizamos e estamos comprometidos com inclusão e diversidade.Buscamos pessoas que desejam crescer conosco.FAÇA PARTE DO NOSSO BANCO DE TALENTOS PARA POSIÇÕES DE ASSESSOR COMERCIAL EXTERNO NO RIO GRANDE DO SUL.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação com foco nos produtos Lubrificantes;   Monitorar o atendimento da carteira de clientes e agenda de visita, gerando indicadores de acompanhamento;   Visitar clientes estratégicos para analisar a atuação e acompanhar o mercado de Lubrificantes;    Desenvolver processos comerciais ligados às áreas atuantes;    Elaboração de relatórios de vendas (clientes sem compra, ativos, e para ações especiais;), prestando suporte necessário;  Planejar viagens com antecedência através do roteiro de visitas;   Visitar os clientes da área de atuação conforme Smarting Route;  Prospectar clientes, apresentar propostas de vendas e negociações de forma consultiva;  Elaboração de propostas comerciais;  Ser responsável pelo controle de inadimplência da região de atuação;  Implementar as campanhas de mkt disponibilizadas pela empresa;  Acompanhar os relatórios de cobrança, vendas, e realizar ações específicas de melhoria nestes indicadores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou Graduação em andamento;CNH B ativa.SERÃO CONSIDERADOS DIFERENCIAIS:Vivência em vendas de lubrificantes;Conhecimento das ferramentas Pacote Office, Google, CRM; SAP;Conhecimento em BI (leitura e interpretação de gráficos).Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde com 50% do valor custeado pela empresa.Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição.Desconto especial no valor do combustível para funcionários, válido em todas as unidades da SIM Rede.
