Buscamos profissionais qualificados para compor nosso Banco de Talentos (banco de currículos) na função de SUPERVISOR DE VIGILÂNCIA.Se você é um profissional que possui ampla experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes de segurança, faça sua inscrição na nossa página de carreiras e aproveite esta oportunidade de fazer parte de uma empresa reconhecida no mercado em que atua, e crescer profissionalmente na área de segurança.Assim que houver uma oportunidade compatível com o seu perfil e experiência, entraremos em contato.Candidate-se e venha fazer parte da nossa Equipe!Reforçamos que esta candidatura se trata de um banco de talentos (banco de currículos), para oportunidades que venham a surgir.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Supervisionar a equipe de Vigilantes e operadores de CFTV;·        Coordenar e executar rondas em diferentes áreas;·        Elaborar relatórios de segurança;·        Aplicar DSMS e treinamentos à equipe;·        Controlar o material bélico;·        Controlar as documentações básicas dos Vigilantes;·        Controlar as escalas de serviços;·        Controlar dados dos veículos do contrato;·        Assegurar que todos os procedimentos de segurança sejam seguidos pela equipe.Requisitos e qualificações·        Ensino médio completo (será um diferencial curso do ensino superior);·        Curso de informática intermediário;·        CNH categoria B (categorias D ou E será um diferencial);·        Curso de formação de Vigilante em dia (com reciclagem com mais de 6 meses para vencer) - será um diferencial;·        Experiência prévia como Supervisor de Vigilantes ou em cargo similar;·        Conhecimentos em segurança patrimonial e liderança de equipes;·        Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;·        Disponibilidade para trabalhar em diferentes turnos.Informações adicionais
