Responsabilidades e atribuições[ BANCO DE TALENTOS ] TÉCNICO DE LOGISTICA [MACAÉ/RJ]Executar e acompanhar o processo de recebimento de equipamentos, como as notas fiscais de conserto.Efetuar a interface entre recepção e e-mail, verificando o motivo de avarias ou acionando as áreas responsáveis informando obtido sobre a capacidade de recebimento de equipamento.Receber e encaminhar equipamentos de fornecedores.Separar e enviar documentos internos às áreas solicitantes.Realizar o lançamento de notas fiscais de compras.Registrar as notas fiscais de fornecedores do setor de manutenção.Informar a liderança sobre os problemas ocorridos nos equipamentos.Efetuar a requisição de compras no sistema SAP.Lançar notas fiscais de fornecedores no SAP.Contribuir com as melhorias constantes na jornada do cliente.Acompanhar os clientes em visitas periódicas a clientes e fornecedores.Acompanhar a liberação de veículos/terrestradores, bem como o pedido de compras em cartão de correção/previsão.Acompanhar os prazos de entregas, efetuando cobranças junto aos fornecedores.Auxiliar no processo de R&S, por meio do envio de e-mails a fornecedores, controles e cadastramento dos mesmos.Acompanhar os indicadores e apresentações mensais relativas aos clientes, atingindo as metas da área..No seu dia a dia, você irá:Atuar como gestor, desenvolver, monitorar e garantir o acompanhamento dos serviços da área de Tecnologia da Informação;Gerenciar a rotina dos processos de criação de conteúdos de usuários, desde a captação, até a distribuição, publicação em produção dos conteúdos;Apoiar na criação de conteúdos comerciais (site, blog, materiais publicitários impressos, e-mails e templates de texto);Gerir, priorizar e acompanhar o processo de onboarding de clientes e prospects;Realizar a gestão dos contratos entre as quais a empresa (área de negócios, comunicação interna e externa) e os contratos (clientes), definir e avaliar os processos atuais e seus devidos alçadas;Controlar e garantir o fluxo de assinaturas, registros e envio de propostas e negociações com clientes;Acompanhar a performance, produtividade e desempenho das equipes e elaborar relatórios de vendas;Gerir o banco de dados e de indicadores de desempenho;Desenvolver apresentações e relatórios, além da participação ativa nos projetos da empresa;Trabalhar com diferentes equipes e fornecedores para entendimento da necessidade de materiais e serviços, bem como contribuir com o alinhamento de desempenho dos projetos da empresa e dos clientes;Requisitos e qualificações[ BANCO DE TALENTOS ] TÉCNICO DE LOGISTICA [MACAÉ/RJ]COMPETÊNCIAS ANTERIORESTécnicas de negociação;Conhecimento nas rotinas administrativas de empresas;Conhecimento em MS Excel, Microsoft Word e Microsoft Outlook;Conhecimento e habilidade com ferramentas de comunicação de dados (SAS/BIRTIL/BW/RTIL);Desejável conhecimento de inglês.CONHECIMENTO ESPECÍFICOS DESEJÁVEISExperiência prévia desejável na área comercial, ensino médio e/ou formação superior.Formação: Ensino médio.EXPERIÊNCIA: Experiência em gestão administrativa em empresas.Conhecimentos e Habilidades: Conhecimento dos processos e regras de negócio.Inglês intermediário
