Temos sucesso em um ambiente de crescimento acelerado, onde o atendimento encantador faz parte do nosso DNA.Aqui você vai trabalhar com uma equipe de profissionais de alma empreendedora, apaixonada por resultados e que te darão apoio e espaço para que você desenvolva seus conhecimentos, sua curiosidade e suas técnicas.Para este cargo sua missão será executar atividades de média complexidade ligadas à segurança e saúde, visando assegurar condições que eliminem ou reduzam ao mínimo os riscos de ocorrência de acidentes de trabalho, observando o cumprimento de toda a legislação vigente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades de Campo:Avaliar os casos de acidentes do trabalho e acompanhar o acidentado para recebimento do atendimento médico adequado;Determinar a utilização pelos funcionários dos equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI´s) e orientar funcionários quanto ao uso adequado;Divulgar as normas de segurança e acompanhar o cumprimento das normas estabelecidas;Efetuar visitas de inspeções de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente nos locais das operações;Indicar e inspecionar os equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio, visando a redução dos riscos;Prevenir a ocorrência ou reincidência de acidentes ou de doenças ocupacionais;Promover inspeções nos locais de trabalho, identificar condições perigosas e tomar as providências necessárias para eliminar as situações de riscos;Realizar análise e controle de APT’s da equipe operacional;Realizar inspeções de máquinas e equipamentos;Realizar DDS quando necessário;Ministrar treinamentos introdutórios;Fazer investigações de acidentes. Atividades de Documentação:Analisar os métodos e os processos de trabalho e identificar os fatores de risco de acidentes de trabalho, doenças profissionais e do trabalho e a presença de agentes ambientais agressivos ao trabalhador, propondo sua eliminação ou seu controle;Emitir comunicado de acidente de trabalho – CAT e comunicar ao departamento de Pessoal e SESMT sobre a estabilidade de acidentados;Levantar e estudar estatísticas de acidentes de trabalho, doenças profissionais e do trabalho, calcular a frequência e a gravidade;Manter dados atualizados nos quadros de avisos;Acompanhar a elaboração dos mapas de riscos;Elaboração de Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário – PPP.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho Completo;Pacote Office intermediário;Curso de Assessor Técnico ou Curso de Bombeiro Civil; Curso de NR35 - Supervisor de Trabalho em Altura;Curso de NR33 - Supervisor de Espaço Confiando; Curso de Socorrista;Conhecimento em Legislação Trabalhista e Previdenciário; Conhecimento em Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário – PPP.Informações adicionaisO que vamos te proporcionar:Plano de Saúde Hapvida Nosso Plano 100% pago pela empresa ( colaborador + 1 dependente);Refeição na empresa;Cesta Básica via sodexo;Seguro de Vida;Plano Odontológico por adesão;Vale Transporte.
