Procuramos profissionais para atuar de ponta a ponta na criação de produtos nativamente inclusivos, reduzindo riscos de compliance e elevando a maturidade da cultura de acessibilidade em toda a organização.Estruturação do Programa: Definir e evoluir o programa corporativo de acessibilidade, estabelecendo processos, metodologias de teste, rotinas de capacitação e métricas de maturidade.Integração ao Design System: Incorporar critérios de aceitação, padrões visuais e comportamentais acessíveis à biblioteca de componentes e documentações.Gestão de Risco e Reports: Mapear e reportar riscos de acessibilidade, evolução de conformidade e status de remediação para a liderança executiva e áreas de compliance.Auditorias & Backlog: Planejar e executar auditorias periódicas em produtos digitais, identificando barreiras de acesso e apoiando times no dimensionamento e priorização do backlog de remediação.Guidance & Mentoria: Prestar suporte contínuo às squads durante o ciclo de desenvolvimento, realizando reviews de design, critérios de aceite e acompanhamento de implementação.Garantia de Qualidade (QA Inclusivo): Definir diretrizes para validação de código, navegação por teclado e compatibilidade com tecnologias assistivas em produção.Disseminação do Conhecimento: Criar e ministrar treinamentos para times de Design, Conteúdo, Engenharia e QA, promovendo autonomia e maturidade no tema.Documentação & Boas Práticas: Manter guias práticos e referências atualizadas sobre aplicação da WCAG e legislações vigentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDomínio técnico e prático das diretrizes WCAG (2.1 e 2.2), bem como das legislações de acessibilidade digital (ex: LBI - Lei Brasileira de Inclusão, Section 508, ADA).Experiência sólida na realização de testes de usabilidade manuais e validação de navegação utilizando leitores de tela em diferentes plataformas (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) e navegação exclusiva por teclado.Domínio do Figma / FigJam e ferramentas de análise de acessibilidade (ex: WhoCanUse ou plugins similares de checagem de contraste e hierarquia).Vivência na integração de acessibilidade ao fluxo de desenvolvimento (Definition of Ready / Done) e apoio a times multidisciplinares.Requisito diferencial: Certificações em: IAAP: CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies), WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist) ou CPWA (Certified Professional in Web Accessibility).Ferramentas: Zeroheight Inglês FluenteInformações adicionais
