Responsabilidades e atribuições- Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes, auxiliando na identificação e resolução de problemas;- Realizar atendimento e acompanhamento de chamados relacionados aos sistemas e ferramentas da empresa;- Identificar falhas e buscar soluções de forma ágil e eficiente;- Orientar clientes quanto à utilização dos sistemas e recursos disponíveis;- Realizar configurações, verificações e procedimentos técnicos necessários para a solução das demandas;- Apoiar na análise de problemas relacionados a sistemas operacionais, softwares, hardware e periféricos;- Registrar e acompanhar ocorrências, garantindo o retorno e a resolução das solicitações;- Manter-se atualizado sobre os sistemas, ferramentas e soluções utilizadas pela empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações- Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais, softwares, hardware e periféricos;- Conhecimento em ferramentas de suporte técnico e segurança da informação;- Capacidade de identificar e solucionar problemas de forma ágil e eficiente;- Raciocínio lógico e capacidade de análise;- Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento ao cliente;- Organização e atenção aos detalhes;- Proatividade e iniciativa na resolução de problemas;- Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe;- Perfil responsável, comprometido e com facilidade para aprender novas tecnologias.
