No processo seletivo, as aptidões e interesses dos candidatos serão considerados.Veja as atividades principais de cada perfil de trainee:Na área de gestão:Trainee em Gestão de Processos e Projetos - Atuar na melhoria dos processos e rotinas, com atividades como levantamento e análise das necessidades internas da área; atualização e parametrização de sistemas; acompanhamento da medição, análise e apresentação dos indicadores da área, planos de ação, rotinas administrativas e execução orçamentária; apoio na elaboração de documentos relacionados à qualidade.Na área de controladoria:Trainee em Controladoria e Sistemas - Apoiar a implementação de sistemas; apoiar o cumprimento das obrigações contábeis e fiscais; atender auditorias externas; analisar contas contábeis, balanços e demonstrações de resultados; realizar levantamento e análise das necessidades internas do setor para mapeamento e aprimoramento contínuo de processos e rotinas; medir, analisar e apresentar indicadores da área; desenvolver documentos relacionados à qualidade, como procedimentos padronizados, formulários e manuais de treinamento.Na área de marketing:Trainee em Marketing Digital - Realizar ações necessárias para implementar o ABM (Account Based Marketing) voltado para clientes corporativos em CRM, envolvendo atividades como gerenciamento de relacionamento para parcerias, convênios corporativos, participação em eventos e divulgação de oportunidades de trabalho; criar e atualizar conteúdos destinados a sites, utilizando Wordpress, chatbots e plataformas de redes sociais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstes requisitos são comuns para todas as vagas deste banco de talentos.Obrigatórios:Estar cursando o último período da graduação ou ter se formado nos últimos dois anos.Ser capaz de se comunicar por escrito com clareza e sem erros de português.Bom raciocínio lógico.Bom nível de atenção na execução de tarefas.Proatividade, postura profissional e responsabilidade.Facilidade no aprendizado de softwares.Desejáveis:Conhecimento de ferramentas Google, como Documentos, Planilhas e Drive.Capacidade de leitura em inglês.Informações adicionaisRemuneração de R$3.000,00.Vale-transporte, para os dias de trabalho presencial.Vale-refeição em cartão flexível Swile.Plano de saúde pela Unimed ou Amil e plano odontológico pela Amil.Dia livre de aniversário a partir de um ano de casa.Possibilidade de participar dos cursos oferecidos pela instituição em condições especiais para colaboradores, incluindo bolsas integrais de graduação após o período de experiência e bolsas parciais de pós-graduação.Possibilidade de bolsa para dependentes e/ou cônjuge após dois anos de trabalho na instituição.
