Sobre a vaga A Huanna Assessoria em Recrutamento & Seleção está conduzindo o processo seletivo para uma empresa do segmento de alimentação. Buscamos uma pessoa Barista para atuar presencialmente em Indaiatuba/SP, preparando cafés especiais, bebidas e produtos do cardápio e oferecendo atendimento personalizado aos clientes.

A oportunidade é para contratação efetiva no regime CLT, com salário entre R$ 2.000 e R$ 3.000 e escala 5x2, de terça-feira a sábado.

Principais responsabilidades Preparar cafés especiais, bebidas quentes e frias e outros produtos do cardápio. Operar máquinas de café, moinhos e demais equipamentos da cafeteria. Atender os clientes de forma acolhedora e personalizada. Apresentar os produtos, métodos de preparo e características dos cafés especiais. Realizar vendas consultivas, sugerindo produtos e combinações conforme o perfil do cliente. Acompanhar o abastecimento dos insumos utilizados na operação. Cumprir os padrões de qualidade, higiene e segurança alimentar.

Ensino Médio completo. Experiência com preparo de cafés, bebidas ou produtos gastronômicos. Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em escala 5x2, de terça-feira a sábado. Comunicação clara e facilidade para se relacionar com clientes. Perfil comercial e habilidade para realizar vendas consultivas. Organização, atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com padrões de qualidade, higiene e segurança alimentar.

Habilidades relacionadas à função

Preparo de bebidas e utilização de máquinas de café, moinhos e equipamentos de cafeteria. Apresentação de produtos e orientação sobre métodos de preparo e características dos cafés. Atendimento acolhedor, escuta das preferências dos clientes e sugestão de combinações. Colaboração com a equipe e cuidado com o abastecimento dos insumos.Informações adicionaisVale-refeição de aproximadamente R$ 24,42 por dia. Cesta básica de R$ 180,00. Vale-transporte.
