Se você compartilha desse compromisso e deseja fazer parte de uma empresa que está impactando positivamente a sociedade, venha trabalhar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar as equipes de profissionais de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente nas atividades de prevenção e gestão da área de QSSMA;Assessorar os diferentes níveis de liderança na condução de novos projetos e programas da área;Desenvolver e implantar metodologias e boas práticas de prevenção gerando Diretrizes Técnicas;Aplicar os conceitos de Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, para mitigar e controlar riscos operacionais, garantindo o atendimento a CIPA, Brigada, SIPAT e demais ações relacionadas à área e da gestão de terceiros;Coordenar o SESMT, avaliando PGR e PCMSO, visando seu pleno atendimento e na implementação de práticas voltadas à saúde e segurança do trabalhador, promovendo atividades de conscientização, educação e orientação dos trabalhadores para a prevenção de acidentes do trabalho e doenças ocupacionais, tanto através de campanhas quanto de programas de duração permanente;Conduzir as atividades do SGI, propondo melhorias ao sistema, bem como acompanhando as auditorias internas e externas, e apoiando às áreas na manutenção e melhoria do sistema;Acompanhar o atendimento dos requisitos legais relacionados a Meio Ambiente e Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional através do sistema;Gerenciar os reportes e informações sobre eventos Grave e Gravíssimos transmitidos;Implementar o desdobramento de Diretrizes Técnicas de Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Gestão deliberadas pela Diretoria Técnica;Gerenciar a performance de inspeções programadas e plano de ação das metodologias de prevenção em Segurança Operacional;Estruturar e realizar análise crítica dos indicadores de Segurança e Meio Ambiente para subsídio e tomada de decisão da Alta Direção;Aprimorar a Cultura de Prevenção interagindo com os diversos níveis de lideranças e pontos focais;Dar suporte a sua equipe de trabalho e prover junto a Alta Direção todos os recursos necessários para o andamento das atividades desenvolvidas na área de Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente;Elaborar o planejamento orçamentário de médio e longo prazo, gerindo-o;Consolidar os indicadores da área, apresentando-os em reuniões sempre que necessário e elaborando planos de ação para reversão quando aplicável;Atuar como Representante da Direção nos assuntos relacionados Segurança e Meio Ambiente;Participar das reuniões de Análise Crítica, visando tratamento dos indicadores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCritérios imprescindíveis:Experiência na função;Nível superior completo em Engenharia Ambiental, Sanitária, Civil ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;CNH B;Critérios desejáveis:Especialização em QSMS;Conhecimento em SGI e programa de cultura de segurança;Informações adicionaisVale alimentação e refeição;Assistência Médica e Odontológica;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Vale-Transporte;Programa Totalpass.
