Se você compartilha desse compromisso e deseja fazer parte de uma empresa que está impactando positivamente a sociedade, venha trabalhar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO setor de manutenção da BATTRE atende veículos pesados/diesel e equipamentos pesados de linha amarela.Resumo das atividades:Garantir a máxima disponibilidade e confiabilidade da frota de veículos pesados (caçambas e carretas) e equipamentos de linha amarela (tratores, escavadeiras, pás carregadeiras), minimizando os impactos na operação do aterro.Elaborar, implantar e controlar os Planos de Manutenção (Preventiva, Preditiva e Corretiva), assegurando o cumprimento das normas técnicas e especificações de motores diesel e sistemas hidráulicos.Gerenciar o orçamento da área (CAPEX e OPEX) de curto, médio e longo prazo, controlando custos operacionais e garantindo o atingimento das metas financeiras.Definir, monitorar e reportar os indicadores de desempenho da área, utilizando os KPIs para propor melhorias contínuas e participar de reuniões de análise crítica com a liderança da UVS.Liderar, capacitar e avaliar o desempenho da equipe técnica, definindo prioridades de rotina, distribuindo atividades e promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental do time.Realizar estudos de engenharia de manutenção sobre o comportamento dos ativos, avaliando o ciclo de vida e a necessidade de substituição ou reforma de componentes críticos.Desenvolver fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos para a aquisição de equipamentos, peças e contratação de serviços, buscando sempre a melhor relação custo-benefício.Elaborar instruções de trabalho (ITs) e ministrar treinamentos para a equipe, garantindo a padronização dos processos e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Garantir a conformidade do setor com as normas de segurança e participar ativamente das auditorias de certificações ISO da unidade.Identificar necessidades de novos serviços e melhorias no modelo operacional, avaliando recursos disponíveis e planejando ações para atender às demandas atuais e futuras do aterro.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCritérios imprescindíveis:Experiência em gestão de manutenção e liderança de equipes;Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia Mecânica;Conhecimento técnico em manutenção de Linha Amarela e Frota Pesada/Diesel;Experiência com controle de indicadores (KPIs);Pacote office intermediário.Critérios desejáveis:Experiência com gestão orçamentária;Pós-graduação completa.
