Vem com a gente? 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMais do que volume de contatos, queremos alguém que saiba pesquisar, entender o contexto de cada empresa e construir abordagens que façam sentido para quem está do outro lado.É uma posição para quem gosta de gente, negócios, desafios e, principalmente, de transformar uma conversa em oportunidade.O que você vai fazerMapear empresas e identificar potenciais clientes para a CS Academy;Pesquisar e encontrar decisores e pessoas-chave dentro das organizações;Realizar prospecção ativa por LinkedIn, telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e outros canais;Criar abordagens personalizadas, considerando o momento e o contexto de cada empresa;Conduzir as primeiras conversas com potenciais clientes;Entender dores, desafios e necessidades para identificar se existe uma oportunidade real;Qualificar leads e gerar reuniões para o time comercial;Fazer follow-ups e manter o relacionamento com os prospects ao longo da prospecção;Registrar as informações e interações no CRM;Acompanhar seus indicadores e utilizar dados para entender o que está funcionando e o que pode melhorar;Testar novas abordagens e compartilhar aprendizados com o time;Trabalhar em parceria com os vendedores para garantir uma boa passagem das oportunidades.

Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de vocêExperiência com vendas, pré-vendas, prospecção ou relacionamento B2B;Boa comunicação e facilidade para criar conexão com diferentes perfis;Organização para acompanhar oportunidades e follow-ups;Perfil mão na massa, com autonomia para buscar soluções;Orientação para resultados e vontade de superar metas; Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de prospecção;
